Geek running for Kansas state rep needs your help

with one comment

Sean Tevis is running for a seat in the Kansas State House of Representatives against an incumbent opponent  who is anti-abortion, anti-evolution, pro-censorship, pro-surveillance, and anti-gay.  He trails by only three percentage points and is looking for a total of $25,000 for his campaign to help put him over the edge.  Tevis turned to the internet to help find 3,000 people willing to donate $8.34 each.  You can find more details at his site, or (since his site is currently getting slammed) make a donation directly in PayPal to sean@seantevis.com.

  1. That guy is at 2325 after 2 days. I think he’s going to make it. Also, that comic might be in the running for ultimate geek mashup.
