Guitar Hero: World Tour has a nice looking drum kit, with a little more realistic set up than Rock Band. Whether or not this iteration of Guitar Hero will be better than Rock Band still remains to be seen, but I have high hopes for it.

Ars Technica reports that Guitar Hero 3 will be hit the PC and Mac at the same time it is released for the consoles.  Controls will be either keyboard and mouse (lame) or via a USB guitar.

In other GH3 news, Rage Against the Machine guitarist Tom Morello will appear in the game as a playable character, along with Bret Michaels and Slash.
